DESCRIPTION:The I-94 West Chamber of Commerce is pleased to introduce the eLeaders Professional Development Program. The mission of the program is to assist early- to mid-career professionals as they build leadership and management skills to be used both in business and within our communities.\n\n\n\nThe eLeaders program features monthly events that highlight one of three main elements: Leadership\, Networking\, and Community.  While the overall goals of the program are to provide opportunities to focus on personal and professional development and to learn about our communities and how to make a positive impact\, we also know that having fun is an important component of leadership success and we'll incorporate that into our activities.\n\n\n\nPlease join us on Wednesday\, December 5 at 3 pm as Rhonda Baack\, President of the I-94 West Chamber of Commerce\, provides an overview of the Legislative priorities of the Minnesota Chamber of Commerce Federation and of Grow Minnesota!\, the private-sector initiative committed to retaining and growing Minnesota companies.\n\n\n\nIn addition\, we will discuss the 2013 eLeaders Calendar of Events and establish committees.
