Mary Ellen Reihsen is a labor and employment attorney with Hellmuth & Johnson. Mary Ellen will provide a general overview of the 2023 changes in Minnesota law impacting employers and an update on the legislative changes that will be in place by May 20\, 2024\, including the upcoming paid MN family leave and the MN earned sick and safe time benefit. David Hellmuth is an attorney with Hellmuth & Johnson.
