PY Fusion is a full-body workout that builds lean muscle\, improves your flexibility and strengthens your core.  Focusing on the six pilates principles we harmoniously build and strengthen the mind/body connection from the inside out.\n\nNo previous yoga experience is needed! Bring a yoga mat if you have one\, a water bottle\, and a sweat towel. Yoga mats are available to rent for free if you do not have one of your own.\n\nRoom will be heated to 95 degrees via infrared heat.\n\nWaiver required for attendance!!\n\nThis event combines wellness and professional networking in a relaxed environment.
