Workshop for Seniors & for those caring for a senior loved one such as a spouse, family member, or friend. Don't miss this opportunity to hear experts share resources to help "Age in Place". Tips will be given: to strengthen your mind and memery; strengthen your body to prevent falls and keep moving; and in-home technology to help maintain independence.
