Permit to Carry Training Offered at the Rogers Cabela's monthly. Join Rusty Ramirez and the Permittocarry.org staff for the MN, UT, FL and AZ Permit to Carry Training. Certified Minnesota, Florida, Utah & Arizona Instructors/NRA Certified Instructors. 45 Years of Experience of training in handguns, self-defense and crisis intervention. What to bring: Bring the handgun you are going to carry (no single action cowboy style gun - we also rent handguns for $10.00 if you do not have a handgun to use), fifty rounds of factory ammo (you can purchase the ammo at Cabela's or at the range), driver's license and your fee for the class by cash or check. Leave your handgun secured in your car until we go to the range. We will meet on the second floor of Rogers Cabela's in the classroom at 9:00 am and class starts right after registration. We will take a one hour lunch break (Cabela's has a great cafeteria) At about 4:00 pm, we go to the range at InRange in Monticello. We should wrap it up no later than 7:00 pm.
