2024 Golf Outing, Presented by Henningson & Snoxell

Join us for a great day on the golf course! Our annual golf outing is a highlight of the season and sells out every year! This event is a great opportunity to network, play golf, have fun, and help generate funds for the chamber in support of the registration will open on April 3rd  (SOLD OUT) business community!  Your golf registration includes golf with cart, drink ticket(s), lunch and awards reception featuring Big Bore BBQ and live music from Shane Martin! 

Not a golfer or can't make it out during the day? Register for our BBQ Social at Fox Hollow directly following our golf tournament!

Golfer Check In: Golfer check in will be located directly in front of the Clubhouse.  We will be Selling BIGFOOT BUNDLES for $40/per player this year which includes all 3 games, Mulligan, 2 drinks and a bonus raffle ticket!

Bigfoot Bundles: We will once again hold the popular one-putt 50/50 competition prior to the start of the event. We will be Selling BIGFOOT BUNDLES for $40/per player this year which includes all 3 games (dice, Putt for Plastic and 50/50 one putt), a Mulligan, 2 drinks and a bonus raffle ticket!
 
Best Dressed Competition: A prize will be awarded to the foursome that is best dressed. Put on your cool, crazy or downright obnoxious. The winner will be determined by a live vote and given a prize at the Awards Social! (Players must be present at the social to win).

Silent Auction and Raffle Prizes: Will we be hosting a Silent Auction and a few raffle prizes as well during the tournament and social this year- All prizes will be drawn on Wednesday- No need to be present to win! (Pontoon/RV Rentals, Wild Tickets, Hotel and Waterpark, Golf Rounds, OPG Golf Package, Gift cards)
 
Scoring App:  Please download the app prior to event in the program. To keep the tournament fun and competitive, please have one player record your scores on the app after every hole. App QR and Directions are also attached and will be in your event program. BOOGEY is Max score.
 
Lunch at The Turn: Burgers are provided for all golfers, sponsors and volunteers and served at the turn from the ‘snack shack’.
 
Rules: Please read the rules and event details in the printed event program that will be on each cart. Please note that BOGEY is the max score. To help with pace of play, please proceed to the next hole once you have reached par for the hole, regardless whether or not you are on the green. Please do not putt for bogey.  Please see guidelines for Speed hole.
 
Award Ceremony & Reception: Join us after golf as we recognize the competition winners (long drive, long putt, etc.) and award our traveling trophy to the winning team. We also have live music from Shane Martin, food from Big Bore, Silent Auction, raffles, beverages and networking!

Hole Sponsor Registration: Bill Carrington & Stacy Mohs will be checking in hole sponsors near the putting green in front of the club house. Each hole sponsor will have their own cart for the entire day for transportation to and from your hole. Each hole sponsor will have a table and chairs at your hole.  (IF YOU WILL NOT BE PRESENT AT THE HOLE FOR YOUR SPONOSORSHIP PLEASE LET US KNOW ASAP)
 
Games & Promotional Give-A-Ways: We encourage fun games at your hole ie. bag toss, but please do not hold up pace of play and encourage teams to tee of when able to do so. If you have a give-a-way / grand prize for your game, please give Mindy Smith the name and the prize asap at the Awards Ceremony and we’ll announce the winner.
 
Sponsors- Drink Give-A-Ways: If you would like to hand out beverages at your hole they must be purchased from Fox Hollow. Please contact for Kelly Miller for details a kmiller@foxhollowgolf.net.

We’ll have live music from Shane Martin, food from Big Bore, beverages, Silent Auction will be open, Raffles and networking! Raffle tickets and Silent Auction bidding will be open to all and attendees sponsors as well!
