We are excited to announce:
Club-E | Maple Grove

We cordially invite you to join us on:

January 16, Twenty-20

Innovative. Problem-solving. Prototype.

Design for Manufacturing. Funding. Marketing.

The list goes on and on for the creative inventor and inquisitive minds who see problems as opportunities. The simple and blunt truth is, most fail.

According to Harvard Business School professor Clayton Christensen, there are over 30,000 new products introduced every year, and 95 percent fail. Yet according to a Nielsen study, “The Why Behind the Try,” 63 percent of respondents said they like when manufacturers offer new products. If more than half of the people want and are willing to try a new product, why do most fail?

To help answer that question join some of the best minds in the Twin Cities at our next Club E | Maple Grove event.

On the panel we will have:

Tom KraMer (Design it)

Tom is the President and CEO of Kablooe Design. Tom has been involved in product development and design work for 25+ years. His work experience as a designer spans from roller coaster cars at Universal Studios to robotic devices for cardiac surgery. (Heck, he even plays drums in the Kablooe band.) Tom loves the product development and design process and is a sought-after speaker on the topic of innovation. He holds an industrial design degree from MCAD along with an executive certificate in product development from Northwestern University and a graduate certificate in biodesign from Stanford University. Got a product development question? Tom’s got answers.

Jim Snoxell (Protect it)

Jim Snoxell chairs the Henningson & Snoxell, Ltd. Business Law and Nonprofit Organizations Department. He works primarily with the firm's business and nonprofit clients by advising about business and corporate law issues. He helps business clients with business acquisitions and sales, drafting contracts, working to prevent and resolve employment law problems, helping protect client’s intellectual property rights, advising about business continuation, ownership succession and personal estate planning needs and helping with select real estate law matters.

Rick Brimacomb (Fund it)

Rick Brimacomb began advising and investing in early-stage and emerging companies as a venture capitalist in 1991. Prior to that time, he covered and worked with early-stage companies as a research analyst and investment banker. For over two decades, Mr. Brimacomb has helped numerous companies develop into “investment grade” opportunities, attract funding and create shareholder value. In 2005, Mr. Brimacomb founded his own advisory practice, Brimacomb & Associates, where he assists business leaders in refining strategies, assembling resources and securing funding. In essence, Mr. Brimacomb’s main responsibility at Brimacomb & Associates is to act as a shareholder value architect on behalf of his portfolio companies.

Bob Freytag (Market it)

Bob Freytag is a co-founder of Introworks, a launching agency for experienced B2B marketers introducing, revitalizing or expanding complex initiatives, my focus is to help the company grow and improve every day. That means discovering new opportunities that align with Introworks so employees' passions and expertise are ignited. Our success is driven by the successes of our clients.
