Jim Snoxell chairs the Henningson & Snoxell, Ltd. Business Law and Nonprofit Organizations Department. He works primarily with the firm's business and nonprofit clients by advising about business and corporate law issues. He helps business clients with business acquisitions and sales, drafting contracts, working to prevent and resolve employment law problems, helping protect client’s intellectual property rights, advising about business continuation, ownership succession and personal estate planning needs and helping with select real estate law matters.

Peggy joined Midwest Dental in March 2017 as Vice President of Human Resources. She is an accomplished leader who takes a hands-on and collaborative approach to achieve business outcomes. Previously, Peggy spent 18 years with the North Memorial Health Care system in various human resources and provider services capacities. Additionally, Peggy has worked for Northwest Airlines, Fingerhut Companies, and Ernst & Young. She attended St. Thomas University where she obtained her B.A. in Business Administration and Entrepreneurship.
 

Brandon Reinschmidt, CPA/ABV

Audit Senior Manager

Brandon plans, performs and supervises financial audits for clients in various industries. Brandon assesses risk areas of the audits conducted and develops and performs testing procedures to form conclusions on client financial data. In addition, he analyzes internally prepared financial statements in relation to industry, budget and historical performance. Brandon has experience in the following industries: not-for-profit manufacturing, distribution, multi-channel retailers, real estate, franchisors, tribal gaming, and governmental, which include SEC audits and benefit plan audits. Brandon also performs business valuations primarily for estate, gift, and income tax purposes.
