COVID-19 business recovery through employment-based training
The next Minnesota Dual-Training Pipeline Speaker Series event features Eric Seleznow, senior advisor to Jobs for the Future. Seleznow is a former deputy assistant secretary of labor and serves as director of JFF's Center for Apprenticeship and Work-Based Learning.
This session will offer a local update from Minnesota Dual-Training Pipeline staff and also offer Seleznow's national perspective about how employment-based training is a great resource and tool for business planning as they move to recover from COVID-19.
Seleznow will share JFF's insights about national successes that have emerged in workforce development during COVID-19 and he will give an update about national workforce policy conversations taking place. He will also discuss how businesses can move forward from COVID-19 using employment-based training as a strategy for recovery.
