Before becoming an Emergency Health and Safety Engineer, Isaac Monson launched his career as a MN State Trooper where he participated in vehicle and highway safety-related activities, but where he also served on the Riot and Crowd Control team at the 2008 National Republican Convention, and was a first responder in the I-35W Bridge Collapse.
After completing a graduate degree in Safety Management, he entered the world of heavy manufacturing as a Safety Engineer. In this capacity, he developed the skills and knowledge traditionally associated with workplace safety. Then the unthinkable happened…
Hear Isaac’s personal story on Wednesday, November 16 and how today, through Hilmerson Safety Services, Inc., he applies his training and experience as he works with companies throughout the United States, Canada, Australia and Asia to prevent incidents that can and do happen in virtually every type of business. Learn some of the steps you can take, and some of the steps you are required to take by law, to protect your employees, your customers, your suppliers, and yourself from the dangers of workplace violence.
