Kiser Construction hosts 3rd Annual charity Hockey Game with a spin

Kiser Construction, a local Elk River Disaster Restoration/Construction Company, is hosting a charitable hockey game between the Elk River Fire Department, the Zimmerman Fire Department, and Twin Cities Sled Hockey.

The event will take place Sunday April 26th, 2026 at Kiser Arena 2 at the Furniture and Things Community Event Center at 1 p.m.

They will square off for approximately an hour. We have enlisted John Osterman, “the Voice” of ERHS Varsity Football and our Elk River Assistant City Administrator, Joe Stremcha to be our announcers for the game. Elk River Mayor, John Dietz, will drop the puck at 1 p.m. to start off the game.

The Elk River Fire Department and the Zimmerman/Livonia Fire Department are raising money for Twin Cities Sled Hockey.

Please join us Sunday, April 26th to cheer on our local first responders & our Sled Hockey Heroes and to support our Twin Cities Sled Hockey!

Tickets are $15 for adults, $10 for Students & Seniors. Tickets can be purchased at the door the day of the event or ahead of time using he QR code below. We will accept cash, checks & Venmo.

The Furniture and Things Community Event Center is located at 1000 School Street, Elk River, MN 55330.
