SOAR The Sound of the Semiquincentennial
SOAR Regional Arts proudly presents The Sound of the Sesquicentennial, an unforgettable live concert celebrating America's rich musical heritage. Performed by a talented ensemble of professional musicians, this family-friendly program takes audiences on a musical journey from the Revolutionary War to today through patriotic classics, beloved folk songs, movie music, big band favorites, and rock 'n' roll hits.
As part of the experience, audience members will enjoy an interactive demonstration of authentic Revolutionary War drum calls, offering a fascinating glimpse into how music was used to communicate during America's early history.
