What’s better than sweating your buns during a family fun run? It could only be sweating them for a good cause! Bring family and friends out to Loram Maintenance of Way in Hamel, Sunday, July 8, to benefit local nonprofits and food shelves. The race starts at 9 a.m. and proceeds from the event support local community United Way partners like IOCP.

Bring a non-perishable food item to the race. To guarantee a “Sweat Your Buns Run” t-shirt, pre-register for $25. Run-day registration is $30.
