About Wendy: I'm just plain curious
I am curious about people, what they do in their jobs, and how they can do their jobs better. It’s like breathing to me. So much so, that I built my business around it. I like the intricacies of organizations, their systems and processes, and how leaders and teams work together to deliver results within organizations. I like how people can do something more or something better when given the tools and support to do so. When the right people are in the right role, doing the work that they are naturally talented at doing, the results are amazing. People make organizations succeed. It’s just that simple.

How Did I Get Here?

I worked in the corporate sector for more than 15 years in a variety of areas, including business operations, process improvement, and organizational effectiveness. My focus has been, and continues to be, leaders and teams. I am especially passionate about working with leaders who are new to their role, or who are transitioning into a different leadership role. Leaders create impact and teams deliver results. The two go hand-in-hand.
