About Liz: As a former Director of Operations leading multiple work teams, Liz knows firsthand the importance of providing training programs to give people the skills needed to become good leaders. Ms. Uram’s career in the financial services industry included leading operations processing, customer service, sales, and a variety of support roles.

Areas of expertise include: DiSC® facilitation, leadership development, management skills, workplace effectiveness, improving performance feedback, goal setting; time management; change management, communication skills, presentation skills, and customer service.

Ms. Uram is highly regarded as a presenter, trainer, and facilitator. She brings her real-life, on-the-job experience to every class. Her content is written with a practical eye from someone who actually put the ideas into action in the workplace. She is an engaging professional who consistently prepares and delivers results driven facilitation and impactful learning content. Ms. Uram holds a B.A. in Organizational Leadership from Bethel University. She obtained her coaching certification from the Coach Training Alliance.
