Women's Networking Group - Galentine's Hot Yoga at KPower Yoga
Expect:
-A soulful flow that incorporates heart-opening poses like camel, cobra, and backbends to enhance emotional release and balance the heart chakra.
-Deep stretches to help you release any stored tension, promoting a feeling of lightness and freedom.
-Guided breathwork to connect you to your inner peace and deepen your sense of self-love.
No previous yoga experience is needed! Bring a yoga mat if you have one, a water bottle, and a sweat towel. Yoga mats are available to borrow for free if you do not have one of your own.
Room will be heated to 85-90 degrees.
