$21/Hour Part-Time Job | Evenings + Rotating Saturdays

Comfort Matters Heating, Cooling & Plumbing is hiring a Part-Time Customer Service Representative!
This is a great fit for someone who wants a part-time schedule that can work around school or another job.
The schedule:
• Weekday evenings from 4–8 PM
• Saturdays from 8 AM–4 PM
• You won’t work every evening or every Saturday. Our part-time team rotates the schedule.
Pay & perks:
$21/hour 401(k) with a 4% company match

Someone who is friendly and confident on the phone, comfortable with computers, can multitask, and doesn’t get rattled when things change quickly.
Our customers might be calling because their furnace quit on a freezing Minnesota night or their water heater is leaking. You won't always know the answer, and we don't expect you to.
What we DO expect is someone who can stay calm, reassure the customer, find the right person to help, and keep things moving. You'll have our full-time CSRs and managers to lean on when you need support.
At Comfort Matters, we work hard, take great care of our customers, and have a pretty good time doing it.
