Exterior Cleaning Technician

JM's Hydro Wash is a locally owned exterior cleaning & Holiday lighting company looking for a dependable, hard working technician. This role is hands on and outdoors, focused on delivering high quality services to residential and commercial properties. If you enjoy physical work, being outside, and taking pride in a job well done, this could be a great fit.

Responsibilities

• Perform exterior cleaning and Holiday lighting installation/removal including:
  • House washing (soft washing)
  • Exterior window cleaning
  • Roof washing
  • Concrete and flat work cleaning
  • Deck cleaning & wood restoration
  • Rust and stain removal/restoration
• Set up and operate pressure washing and soft washing equipment safely.
• Property protection (landscaping, siding, windows, fixtures etc).
• Communicate professionally with customers on site.
• Load/unload equipment and maintain a clean work vehicle and trailer.
• Follow safety procedures and company standards.
• Represent JM's Hydro Wash in a positive, professional manner.

Requirements

• Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Ability to lift 50+lbs, work on ladders, at heights, and perform physical labor.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Dependable, punctual, and trustworthy.
• Willingness to learn (experience is a plus but not required).

Schedule

• Daytime hours as needed (weekends as needed for rescheduled work due to weather or other uncontrollable situations).
