John Rutter's Requiem Performance at Word of Peace Lutheran Church 

Rogers, MN  - The Three Rivers Chorale and Voices of Peace Choir will give a performance of the beautiful Requiem by John Rutter.
 
Requiem is a beautiful work that contains a timeless beauty and a richness of spirit that invites both performer and audience to enter into a sacred space celebrating both life and death. Requiem is accompanied by a small ensemble of harp, organ, flute, oboe, cello and timpani. The score also calls for a glockenspiel for the central movement, Sanctus, but will be performed with hand bells, thanks to a special agreement with the composer, John Rutter. Featured guest soloist, Reese Beck from the Land of Lakes Choirboys, will sing two of the movements.
