Wright Technical Center (WTC) in Buffalo, MN, is seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Math Instructor to join our teaching team for the 2025-26 school year. Position Overview:
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mathematics and the ability to teach a range of school math courses. As a Math Instructor at WTC, you will engage students in practical applications of math, demonstrating its relevance in technical and real-world settings. Key Responsibilities:
Teach a variety of school math courses, emphasizing problem-solving and real-world applications.
Develop and implement engaging lessons that encourage active student participation.
Support students in understanding mathematical concepts and applying them in technical and career-related contexts.
Foster a collaborative learning environment that promotes teamwork and critical thinking.
Utilize innovative instructional methods and technology to enhance student learning.
Qualifications:
Applicants must hold a valid Minnesota teaching license in Mathematics or be eligible to obtain one.
Teaching experience preferred but not required.
A strong understanding of math concepts and their practical applications is essential.
