Our short-term rehabilitation services are all about how we can support you.
Monarch's specialized short-term rehab and clinical team of experts help thousands of people transition from hospital to home, or a different level of care, each year.

Our main goal is to make your or your loved one’s stay with us as pleasant as possible. We understand that the challenges of rehab can cause quite a bit of stress for an individual, so we take extra steps to ensure all other outside stressors are minimized.

Our support services allow us to ensure that our residents are able to maintain the quality of life they have come to expect and that all of their needs are met while staying at our facility. The Villas at Osseo partners with outside providers to meet all our residents' needs without having to leave the building. Support services provided on-site include:

We understand that leaving our facility to acquire additional support services is not always possible. Therefore, we strive to make sure we can handle any and all needs on-site.
